A little About Me....

Hey! Thanks for taking the time to learn a little bit more about me.

My name is Courtney. I’m a Human Resources Professional, Project Manager and burnout prevention advocate.

I graduated in 2014 with my Masters in Human Resources knowing that I wanted to work helping people grow and develop in their own careers. 

In my first role after graduation, I joined a non-profit agency as an Office & HR Manager. I learned very quickly in the non-profit world that one wears MANY hats. This is where I grew a lot of my skills in tools such as Canva, CRM’s and event management. I taught myself by jumping all in and focusing on figuring it out! - I like to claim this as my biggest super power.

As 2017 rolled around, I started to experience what I now know was pretty significant burnout. Although this was one of the most challenging times in my life, I also learned the importance of work/life BOUNDARIES. 


I’ve enjoyed my years in the Human Resources, supporting the Employee Experience. I have gained skills in recruitment, onboarding, project management and more. I’ve also learned I’m at my best as the girl behind the scenes. I thrive at organizing, creating and getting things done.

Organizing, systems, and behind the scenes action is my jam. My goal is to help small businesses thrive by helping them do less and focus more on what matters the most. And I can’t wait to connect with you to see how I can best support you & your small business!
